Max Digital Compass will not be liable in any way or form for actions done by its users including criminal liability and civil liability for harm executed or not executed beyond any money paid to Max Digital Compass for its services by a specific individual.
You agree to preserve your username/password and the Max Digital Compass system from unauthorized usage. You are responsible for every single action that occurs on Max Digital Compass where your username/password was used for establishing the VPN connection. You agree not to use our services for port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in email, scanning for open relays or open proxies, sending unsolicited e-mail or any version or type of email sent in vast quantities even if the email is lastly sent off through another server. It is forbidden to launch any pop-ups from our service. You accept not to assault in any way or form any other Newsletterwork or computer while using our services.
Max Digital Compass is intolerant about exploiting children photographically, digitally or in any other way.

Usage of Android Advertising ID
Google Play Services version 4.0 introduced new APIs and an ID for use by advertising and analytics providers. Terms for the use of this ID are below.
- Usage. The Android advertising identifier must only be used for advertising and user analytics. The status of the “Opt out of Interest-based Advertising” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting must be verified on each access of the ID.
- Association with personally-identifiable information or other identifiers. The advertising identifier must not be connected to personally-identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (for example: SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.) without explicit consent of the user.
- Respecting users’ selections. If reset, a new advertising identifier must not be connected to a previous advertising identifier or data derived from a previous advertising identifier without the explicit consent of the user. Also, you must abide by a user’s “Opt out of Interest-based Advertising” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting. If a user has enabled this setting, you may not use the advertising identifier for creating user profiles for advertising purposes or for targeting users with personalized advertising. Allowed activities include contextual advertising, frequency capping, conversion tracking, reporting and security and fraud detection.
- Transparency to users. The collection and use of the advertising identifier and commitment to these terms must be disclosed to users in a legally adequate privacy notification. To learn more about our privacy standards, please review our User Data policy.
- Abiding by the terms of use. The advertising identifier may only be used in accordance with these terms, including by any party that you may share it with in the course of your business. Beginning August 1st 2014, all updates and new apps uploaded to Google Play must use the advertising ID (when available on a device) in lieu of any other device identifiers for any advertising purposes.

Max Digital Compass, its owners, employees, agents and others that are involved with the Max Digital Compass services are not in any way or form liable for any harm of any sort executed or not executed, resulting from or arising through or from the use of any account registered with Max Digital Compass services.
Max Digital Compass does guarantee a 99.9% server uptime. In any event, Max Digital Compass will never be liable for any monetary harm beyond what the client paid to Max Digital Compass, and this shall not include attorney fees or court costs irrespective of any laws or statutes that may be treated otherwise. That is our binding agreement when you accept these terms of service.
Prohibited Activities
Criminal Activity: Max Digital Compass account will be terminated for any client who commits any of these criminal actions in or through our service using our resources: use of stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, PayPal fraud, bank fraud, e-gold fraud, Paysera fraud, WebMoney fraud, Bitcoin fraud, mail fraud, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, rape, murder, sale of stolen credit cards, sale of stolen goods, sending email or operating websites to perform identity theft, hacking, pharming, phishing, or spamming of any form. In addition, Max Digital Compass forbids web scraping through its service in any form or scale.
That is the whole agreement. Max Digital Compass may rewrite the terms of service from time to time. The terms of service become binding from the time it is updated on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to check for the new Terms of Service periodically.
Max Digital Compass can terminate any user account for violating terms of service instantly without refund and notice or suspend the account until clarification, investigation or the user comment. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us in order to see if the case can be rectified. We shall wait a reasonable period of time before we close a user account permanently and shut down all billing.
Logging Policy
Max Digital Compass guarantees a strict no-logs policy of their VPN service, meaning that your activities using privacy solutions created by Max Digital Compass are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection time stamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs nor IP addresses. In order to maintain the VPN service, the Max Digital Compass website does collect limited personal user information and site performance data (see Privacy Policy for more details).
With that said, Max Digital Compass does not endorse any criminal activity perpetrated by using the Service. Therefore, Max Digital Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case any violation of the Terms of Service becomes apparent. As Max Digital Compass protects and respects customer privacy, it does not log or track their activity in any way. However, in the eventuality that Max Digital Compass would find out about an offense outside of those means (i.e., a customer would notify Max Digital Compass of them having done so), it would have the right to suspend or terminate the account.

By logging in to or using any Max Digital Compass service, you agree to the Max Digital Compass Terms of Service including all other policies incorporated by reference.
